Usage-Based Refund Calculation

Calculation Method

Rate: 100 chats = $1.00

Formula: Refund Amount = Subscription Fee - (Total Chats Used ÷ 100)

Example Calculations:

• Hobby Plan ($9.99) - Used 250 chats = $9.99 - $2.50 = $7.49 refund

• Professional Plan ($24.99) - Used 500 chats = $24.99 - $5.00 = $19.99 refund

• If usage exceeds subscription value, no refund available
